After a health scare in 2019, everything shifted. I was over 450 pounds and made a commitment to completely change my life around. I took a Leave of Absence from my career in order to rebuild my relationship with food and my physical health. After 10 months of focusing on my nutrition and working out at the DOGPOUND gym, I lost over 200 pounds. When others heard my story and saw my transformation, they asked me to cook for them. It's been 3 years since I started prepping meals professionally for others. These clients shared my plates on social media and began referring their friends and families, and SugarFreeRich Meal Prep was born. The support from early adopters of the brand was overwhelming, and therefore, I was able to leave my ten year career from Apple, Inc. and dedicate my newfound life to health by sharing the same meals that helped me save my own life. Our mission is simple, just like our food: to make healthy, affordable meals available to everyone!

You can find the exact macros for each meal by clicking on the Menus tab located directly on our website. You will need to select a meal individually so that the macros are displayed.

Additionally, the macros will be listed directly on each container when you receive your meals at your front door.

If you choose the microwave we recommend 3-4 min with the lid ON.

If oven is the better choice for you we recommend removing contents in to a oven safe container and heating at 375 for 20 minutes

Sugar Free Rich delivers within a hundred mile radius of Los Angeles / Orange County.

Our shipping fees start at $10-$15 . It may vary in price depending on the distance to the destination from our local kitchen.

Currently, orders can be picked up at our facility in Santa Ana California, and more pickup options are coming soon!

Once you subscribe to your choice bundle, your meal prep billing will be automatically transacted on a weekly basis to ensure your order is prioritized and fulfilled.

Yes. You will be able to log into the back office with your own user account credentials are postpone your following subscription payment. Please feel free to contact our admin to assist if needed.

You are more than welcome to change your meal selections each and every week as long as you make those changes prior to the Order Change Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

Once you've indicated a future date of your choice, the billing will continue base on your desired selection.

If you are purchasing a program with a One-time Purchase, this does not apply to you. If you are utilizing our subscription service, clients are more than welcome to pause and resume their accounts at their discretion.

However, as a convenience, all accounts will automatically recur each week unless paused or canceled prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

Please allow us 48 hours in order to process a cancellation to ensure your bank will not receive an ACH request for undesired future transactions.
